Through the Incluir Programme, the Manesco Pact reaffirms the firm’s commitment to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment where everyone can develop their potential with respect, safety, and a sense of belonging.
The agenda is continuous and strengthened by the ongoing training of staff, providing space for reflection and discussion on the challenges of putting our values and objectives into practice every day. Collective engagement and active listening, always present, aim to generate lasting transformations both within and beyond the firm. All initiatives are led by employees representing the populations impacted, with the support of specialised consultancies when necessary.
In collaboration with Instituto Ethos, which advises companies on the management of good social practices, Manesco, through the Incluir Programme, is also recognised by the UN as a sector leader in gender equality and equity, as well as racial diversity and inclusion. The firm is a signatory of the UN Women’s Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), the UN Global Compact, the 10 Commitments of the Corporate Initiative for Racial Equality, and the Zero Sexual Violence movement.
