Pro Bono Program

Since the firm's founding, these actions have focused on democratising legal services, encouraging social responsibility among lawyers and the transformative capacity of professional training, as well as combating discrimination, especially when it affects different races, ethnicities, social conditions, sexual orientations and gender identities.


At Manesco, pro bono activity focuses on offering public law services for the structuring of public policies, and its criteria for action are driven by the guidelines of the Include Programme.

Integrity program

It provides security to employees, suppliers, and customers. Manesco's first Code of Ethics dates back to 2014, and the current programme was launched in 2018, in alignment with the current legislation and the orientations of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU). Among its actions are the publication of the Code of Integrity, the reporting channel, the establishment of the Integrity Committee, team training, prevention and monitoring routines, and the partnership with the Ethos Institute.

Include Programme

Through pro-diversity actions, the Inclusion Programme aims to foster an equitable environment. Launched in 2016, its initiatives address the full spectrum of diversity, including gender equity, anti-racism, anti-ageism, LGBTQIA+, disability inclusion, and religious diversity.
