In November of this year, we welcomed communications specialist and DE&I consultant Marina Franciulli (Tree Diversidades) to conduct Diversity Literacy 2025, which addressed topics that are as sensitive as they are urgent.

With employees from the São Paulo, Brasília, and Rio de Janeiro offices, the sessions covered concepts of diversity, inclusion, equity, and types of diversity, as well as the pillars and concepts of gender, LGBTI+, ethnic-racial relations, people with disabilities, and generations. Topics such as intersectionality, diversity and inequalities in Brazil, exclusion, segregation, integration, and the impacts of diversity and inclusion in organisations were also discussed.

The initiative promoted by the Pacto Manesco – Include Programme is another edition of Diversity Literacy, reinforcing the firm's commitment to inclusion and respect for diversity.
