Tatiana Matiello Cymbalista

Over 25 years of experience in Administrative and Regulatory Law, with a focus on infrastructure, ESG, and climate and carbon market projects, primarily through concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs). She works on the legal structuring of projects such as the concession of the Irati, Chapecó, and Três Barras National Forests (Southern Flonas), the Diagnostic Imaging Center (Bahia), the Sapucaia do Sul Zoo (RS), the Subúrbio Hospital (Bahia), the Municipal Schools of Belo Horizonte (MG), and the Irrigation Project in Baixio do Irecê.

Holds a PhD from Université Paris – Panthéon-Assas, a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP).
