Luís Justiniano Haiek Fernandes

Over 30 years of experience in administrative litigation before public administration bodies in general, particularly Regulatory Agencies such as ANATEL, ANAC, ANTAQ, and ANTT, as well as CGU and TCU. He manages litigation before the Federal Supreme Court (STF), the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), the Federal Court of the 1st Region, and the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT), in addition to the National Council of Justice (CNJ). 

Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP).
