Retired State Prosecutor responsible for the coordination of São Paulo state-owned enterprises, with experience in concessions, public–private partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure projects, securitisation, and structured transactions. She held this position from 1991 to July 2025 and also served as Deputy Attorney General of the State from January 2020 to April 2022.

She is a Board Member of SABESP and a member of the State Capital Defence Council (CODEC).
She previously served as a Board Member of the Metropolitan Water and Energy Company (EMAE) and, over the past 20 years, has sat on the boards of other major state-owned enterprises (Sabesp, Metro, Metropolitan Urban Transport Company – EMTU, and Paulista Securitisation Company – CPSEC) as well as on audit committees (Housing and Urban Development Company – CDHU, and Federal Railway Network – RFFSA). She also served as Director of Corporate Affairs at the Paulista Partnership Company – CPP.
As Executive Secretary of CODEC, she participated in the structuring of the first major securitisation of overdue tax credits and in the creation of the special purpose vehicle issuing debentures backed by tax credits (CPSEC). She also served as Special Advisor to the Secretary of Finance and Planning, Henrique Meirelles, directly contributing to infrastructure projects, fiscal adjustment measures, and participating in the team that coordinated the contracting and structuring of the securitisation of petroleum royalties.
