Participation in the modeling of several basic sanitation and solid waste services, including the feasibility of concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), utilities recovering and in regulation ( especially regarding to the  maintenance of the economic and financial balance of contracts).

Former Secretary for Legal matters in the Municipalities of São José dos Campos and Mauá (São Paulo), and adviser for the Federal Government in elaborating the National Basic Sanitation Law, Public Consortia Law, and the Law of National Solid Waste Policy.


Regional service provision of basic sanitation in the state of Bahia.

Project for water desalination to supply the population of Fortaleza, Ceará (in progress).

Agreements between Companhia Vale do Rio Doce and the Municipality of Pará de Minas, to recover from the damage caused by the dam collapse in Brumadinho (Minas Gerais).

Advice on the agreement between the Municipality of Santo André (São Paulo)  and the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo (SABESP), related to a debt of R$5,7 billion reais,  whereby SABESP assumed the provision of water and sewage services in the Municipality.
