Tatiana Matiello Cymbalista

Infrastructure and sustainability projects. Carbon market and ESG. Administrative and Regulatory Law. Acting in projects involving the interaction between the Public Administration and the private sector, notably the structuring of infrastructure projects through concessions and PPPs. She is the author of several technical articles.

RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

Worked on the legal modeling of projects such as the concession of the National Forests of Irati, Chapecó, and Três Barras (Flonas Sul), the Imaging Diagnostics Center (Bahia), Sapucaia do Sul Zoo (RS), Suburb Hospital (Bahia), Itaituba I and II Forest Concessions, Transolympic Urban Road Link (RJ), Municipal Schools of Early Childhood and Primary Education in Belo Horizonte (MG), BA 093 (Bahia), Irrigation in Baixio do Irecê, Urban Cleaning in São Paulo City (SP), Mangueiral Social Housing Project (DF), and Basic Education PPP in the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro (PPP Rio Mais Creches).
