RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

Acting in more than a hundred cases or incidents before the Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) (Federal Court of Auditors), especially in Special Accounts and Audits.

Filing of Writs of Mandamus (before the Supremo Tribunal Federal - STF - Federal Supreme Court) and annulment actions in the first instance aiming at the annulment of decisions rendered by the Tribunal de Contas da União (Federal Court of Auditors)

Publication of articles on the control exercised by the Tribunal de Contas da União (Federal Court of Auditors) and on the jurisdictional control of its decisions.

Sponsorship of actions aimed at respecting the economic-financial balance of contracts, granting claims, defending contractors sanctioned based on Law 8.666/93.

Monitoring in the administrative and judicial spheres of controversies in bidding procedures, discussing qualification conditions or the regularity of proposals, presenting challenges, defenses, appeals and judicially questioning or defending administrative decisions in public bids.
