He works in the modeling and management of administrative contracts, focusing on prevention, risk management and contractual review.

It also advises on public consultations and hearings and consultancies related to regulatory issues.

He is a monitor of state theory, constitutional, financial and administrative law at the University of São Paulo (USP).

He is a researcher at the Administrative Law and Society Group, at USP, and general secretary of the research projects “Infrastructure Administrative Law” and “Administrative Law and New Information and Communication Technologies”.

RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

Assistance in the preparation of sectoral contributions to the Second Rule of the ANTT Highway Concession Regulation (RCR2);

Assistance in the Technical Cooperation Agreement between road market agents and the Ministry of Infrastructure regarding the regulation of Free-Flow and High-Speed Weigh-In-Motion (HS-WIN) technologies;

Acting, as Legal Consultant, in the economic-financial rebalancing and in the review of technical-operational parameters and the sanctioning system of the road concession contract, as well as restructuring of the state regulatory agency.
