Works on modeling infrastructure projects; advice on bidding and administrative contracts and structuring strategic state partnerships. Specialist and researcher on topics related to sustainable contracting, climate change and circular economy.

She has experience in the Municipal Public Power, in structuring the family and organic farming project for the São Paulo Municipal Department of Education.

RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

Legal modeling of forest concessions for the exploitation of timber and non-timber products and services in the National Forests of the Southern Region – Chapecó, Três Barras and Irati;

Legal modeling of the concession of support services for visitation, revitalization, modernization, operation and maintenance of GO and MS State Parks;

Legal modeling of three PPP projects in the metropolitan region of Campinas (Municipalities of Solids (Indaiatuba, Salto and Valinhos), with a view to providing solid waste collection, transportation and final disposal services, as well as urban cleaning services;

Legal modeling, to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with a view to granting implementation, revitalization, maintenance and operation services for school units in the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro.
