Manesco’s commitment to the institutional transformation process, since the Federal Constitution came into force in 1988, in the creation of regulatory agencies and in the development of regulatory frameworks in important sectors of the national economy, made it one of the protagonists in the field of both regulation and public law in the Country.

Despite being focused on public law, infrastructure and regulation, Manesco acts today on more than 20 regulated economic sectors, assists different companies in understanding the sector regulation, investment modeling and risk analysis, on the search for solutions to high complexity legal problems and on judicial litigations or arbitration in the most different causes derived from the relations between the public and the private sectors.

For several years, Manesco has been ranked in “Band 1” in the specialized international and national magazines, in the area of public law and regulation.
