The activities in this field are organized to provide specialized technical-legal consulting and representation services for associations and companies providing public services and operating in regulated sectors, in their relationship with the three powers of the Union, at the three levels of the Federation, with focus on normative activities related to infrastructure sectors.

Manesco is prepared, with a high degree of expertise, to advise its clients in identifying the necessary adjustments in the legal and regulatory arrangements in force, related to their economic activity, with a view to propose alternatives, technical justifications and adaptations for better alignment between public policies of the regulator and legitimate economic interests of the regulated.
